RELAX & REGENERATE - ONLINE GROUP SESSIONS

    Join me for online group sessions that will help you achieve your full potential as a sports professional. In this safe space you can deeply relax, heal and improve your mindset, body and performance using the fascinating, medically tested and highly beneficial methods of First Harmony Energy Therapy!

     The sessions will be held every two weeks via Zoom and are designed for professional athletes who are serious about taking their performance to the next level and keep their physical and mental wellbeing continuously in check.

    You will receive the details of the sessions on sign up and on the last Sunday of each month so you can plan ahead. The sessions will last for 60 minutes.

     Each group session will have a different theme that will help you enhance various aspects of your life and performance.

    In every live bi-weekly session you will experience:

     - Pain and tension relief session
    - Stress and anxiety reduction
    - Mental balancing and focus enhancement
    - Performance energy regeneration
    - Visualisation for life and games

    Questions can be asked in the chat on the day and if you have a specific issues please write to me at meena@first-harmony.com and I will try my best to address this in the session.
